Our community originated in 2016 and was completed in 2018. We have a community trail, park, and covered area. It is our goal that every member of our association has a voice and shares in our values to make this a safe, and happy community.

HOA DUES PAYMENT

Summerset Community dues are $300 annually.

Dues not paid by January 15 will be considered late.

 

YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS INCLUDE:

ONLINE:

Pay directly through you account. Go to Owner Login and select your name, this will show your balance due.

You may use credit card or check. Please note that check payments through your site will be charged a $1.99 convenience fee.
